

OUR STORY

As owner and operator of Grizzly Beer Taproom, I had a vision. That vision was to honor the hard work, dedication, and heart that is put into every batch of beer brewed by our local brew masters and beyond.

For years I had been working in an office job that I hated, and it just was not for me and I knew it. I dreaded going to the stuffy office selling things I had no clue about. It was many times I thought to myself "if I could sell something I am passionate about, it would be worth it". And that is just what I decided to do.

My boyfriend and I began this business wanting to share with the people of Mason, OH that you can sit down see the chalkboard of beer, and know that you are not caught in yet another sports bar that only serves the basics. We want to serve you the extraordinary!

Grizzly Beer Taproom started in 2017, as a small idea to have a local place we could bring our friends who love craft beer as much as we do, to just hang out and "taste test". We wanted to create a space where you could come after a hard day at work to let loose and create memories with your own friends too. Because who likes drinking alone?

With the help of family, friends, banks, and sweat equity, Grizzly Beer Taproom became a reality. Our opening day brought in hundreds of thirsty people who were ready to make our kegs cry!

Our Mission
The Mission of Grizzly Beer Taproom is; To create a great beer atmosphere where friends, family, and strangers can all enjoy a beverage and good time together, knowing they are getting the best we have, to offer. With that being said, we at Grizzly Beer, have the vision of continuing to offer customers with the best tasting beer we have, while supplying the building blocks for a good time with those you love and care about.
Our company will always begin with the beer holder in mind. We will never sacrifice quality or taste, we will always meet our customers with a positive attitude (not too sappy, but nice enough), and listen to what the people want. We will not take ourselves too seriously, but make sure we stop and smell the hops.
